Passages to Recovery, Inc. offers Clinically Managed High-Intensity Residential Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services in Pittsburgh, PA:
-
Passages West Homestead, a 56-bed treatment center for men and women near the Homestead Grays Bridge.
Our intensive residential drug and alcohol treatment services make a difference for people who choose to jump start or restart their recovery process over a focused period of time. Our treatment center provides a structured, safe environment where clients can work without interruption on an individualized treatment plan that addresses their needs, strengths and goals in many life areas and does not define them by their past deeds or pathology. Clinical services
include group and individual therapy sessions, psychoeducation, medication-assisted treatment as prescribed, connections to mental health treatment services and aftercare planning. Clients can be referred to our Outpatient Services and Peer and Family Recovery Supports program, and may also be connected to health care services, employment services, housing assistance, and other basic needs programs.
We view chemical dependency as an illness with complex origins, from which it is possible to recover. We recognize that recovery is a nonlinear process, and respect the humanity, dignity and courage of clients whether they are negotiating their personal challenges or celebrating their victories. We are here to help, and our inpatient drug and alcohol treatment services allow us to help 24/7.
We accept a variety of health insurances, including Medical Assistance, and work with uninsured clients to help them obtain coverage and funding.
